Joyce is a Certified Associate Counselor with the Kenya Counseling and Psychological Association (KCPA) and registered with the Counselors and Psychologists (C&P) Board. She specializes in addiction counseling, marriage and family therapy, and adolescent, anxiety and depression counseling.

She is a NACADA-certified addiction professional and holds an MBA, bringing over ten years of experience in resource mobilisation and program design and management to her counseling practice — a combination that lets her think holistically about a client's circumstances, not just the presenting issue.
