Joseph brings together three decades of engineering and leadership experience with a deep, ongoing pursuit of psychological counseling — a field he is genuinely passionate about. From years of practical experience, he believes strongly that counseling psychology can resolve the wide range of psychological challenges facing society today.
He spent 32 years in Kenya's energy sector, rising from trainee engineer to manager level, and has also taught at the former Kenya Polytechnic (now the Technical University of Kenya) and the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication. Joseph believes his purpose is to inspire, impact, influence and motivate people toward greatness — helping them discover their potential, unleash their purpose, and lead intentional, active and healthy lives.
